Terms of Service

Welcome to REVYN. By accessing or using our platform (including our mobile application and website at revyn.ae), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UAE to use REVYN. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not transfer your account to another person or use another person's account without permission.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with UAE law. Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited. REVYN reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
4. Transactions
All payments are processed through Stripe. Buyer payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item or the 48-hour auto-release period expires. Sellers receive 100% of their listing price.
5. Disputes
Buyers may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery if an item does not match its description. Sellers have 72 hours to respond. REVYN may mediate and make final decisions on disputes.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not list counterfeit items, stolen goods, weapons, hazardous materials, or any items prohibited under UAE law. REVYN reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the REVYN platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by REVYN or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant REVYN a licence to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
REVYN acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, REVYN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of REVYN after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
