Guidelines
Door-to-door across the UAE, with live tracking from pickup to delivery.
Domestic shipments
We ship across all seven emirates. Cost depends on the route and parcel weight, and is confirmed at checkout. We can't collect from PO boxes or free zones; please use a residential or office address.
Shipping within the UAE

Prices include 5% VAT and cover parcels up to 5 kg. We can't ship parcels over 5 kg. No deliveries on Fridays or public holidays.
International shipments
UAE only for now. GCC delivery is on the roadmap.
Packaging
Pack in a sturdy box or padded envelope and hand it to the courier at pickup. Reuse packaging when you can.
Lost or damaged
Support handles stalled, missing, or damaged parcels. Confirmed losses are fully refunded and sellers are protected.
Prohibited for shipping
Perfumes, aerosols, flammable liquids, lithium batteries shipped apart from a device, and anything restricted by UAE customs or aviation rules.
